The water-based, patented formula by Zoono which will protect your hands and cup from bacteria for up to 24 hours. To use on your hands simply spray on your hands and allow to dry – your hands will continue to be protected for up to 24 hours even with subsequent washing. To sterilize your cup with Hello Go, simply rinse or wipe your cup clean. Spray Hello Go onto your cup and allow to dry before inserting. Each Hello Go spray contains 50mL of amazingness. Ingredients: 99% purified water and < 1% quaternary ammonium compound (which is derived from sand).

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unhandled, sealed, and in its original packaging. Please include your invoice for identification and ship it back in a box (not envelope) so it does not get damaged during transit back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This is especially true for medical devices like reusable menstrual products. For that reason we can absolutely not accept returns or opened goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
