It also includes sliquid lubricant to help with insertion while you get the hang of using a menstrual cup.

Size Small is primarily used by younger users and makes a great teen cup! If you are choosing the small due to light flow be sure that this diameter is sufficient to create an adequate seal for you.
Size Medium is a great cup for users of all ages who have not given birth vaginally. If you are choosing the medium due to light flow be sure that this diameter is sufficient to create an adequate seal for you.
Size Large is commonly used by users who have given birth vaginally or those that require a slightly larger capacity due to heavier flow
Size XL is primarily used by users who have had multiple vaginal births and users who have a very heavy flow and are able to accommodate the larger diameter

We will process your order within 1-2 business days of placing them. Once your order has processed it is not longer eligible for cancelation.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Please note shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Especially during holidays or inclement weather USPS shipping times may exceed estimated transit times given during checkout.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unhandled, sealed, and in its original packaging. Please include your invoice for identification and ship it back in a box (not envelope) so it does not get damaged during transit back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This is especially true for medical devices like reusable menstrual products. For that reason we can absolutely not accept returns or opened goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
